free coffee kind staff free laundry service steep stairs worn carpets dark entrance hall
the staff was really kind and helpful. i was offered free coffee when i arrived, which i appreciated. i loved that free laundry service was available to me (it saved me a lot of hassle).
the stairs were steep with no elevator. i had some difficulty carrying my suitcase to the upper floors. the carpets in the entrance hall seemed worn and dark (it could use some brightening).
